Concrete frame contractor Statom Group has acquired piling specialist Franki Foundations UK.

Franki Foundations is on course for a £40m turnover this year and has been operating in the market  for more than 20 years.

The piling specialist has built a strong reputation for delivering complex foundation packages across the UK.

Its services include rotary bored piling, CFA piling, driven piling, retaining walls, mini piling, and complete foundation packages — all supported by in-house design and engineering expertise.

The move sees Statom strengthen its geotechnical and deep foundation expertise, reinforcing its ambition to deliver large-scale, technically demanding projects across the UK.

Craig Macklin, Managing Director of Franki Foundations UK, said: “Joining Statom Group marks a very exciting new chapter for us, opening opportunities to deliver even more ambitious projects.”

Stan Nikudinski, Statom Group Co-Founder, added: “Franki is a brand we’ve wanted to bring into Statom for a while. Its reputation and expertise make it a perfect fit for our growth strategy.”
